These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bayconti platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one bayconti Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single Player — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bayconti employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts.
Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bayconti reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those Accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. bayconti will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
You must notify bayconti's support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. bayconti will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
bayconti is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
bayconti aims to complete KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. bayconti reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bayconti may apply an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month to inactive Accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bayconti, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

All transactions on the bayconti Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bayconti does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
Deposits that have been used to place wagers are non-refundable. Unused deposit balances may be withdrawn subject to the conditions set out in Section 5.3. If a deposit is credited to your Account in error, you must notify bayconti immediately. bayconti reserves the right to reverse erroneous credits at any time.
bayconti does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
bayconti offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated on each promotion page. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered a total of ₱15,000 before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is ₱500, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
All bonuses have an expiry date, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically. bayconti is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time of the promotion.
bayconti monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinated bonus exploitation. Where bonus abuse is detected, bayconti reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.

All bets are subject to acceptance by bayconti. bayconti reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where a technical fault has occurred, or where bayconti has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular betting activity.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game, game variant, and Player account status. bayconti reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific Accounts.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure, bayconti reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts to the Player's Account. bayconti's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
bayconti is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or other technical issues on the Player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection.

bayconti reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bayconti has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may close your bayconti Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 11, and 15 — shall continue to apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
